OUR STORY

Fantasy and Pagan Music

Deloraine is an eight-member band from the Czech Republic, which was founded in 2016. In their songs, the band deals with themes from fantasy literature as well as from ancient pagan times. Deloraine has released two albums, Vlaštovka and Srdce z kamene (both of which were named album of the week on the biggest Czech music portal musicserver.cz), and several singles including two music videos made for the popular game Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

ABOUT US

Live, Deloraine's music is very energetic, danceable and emotional. You can hear the urgent voice and mysterious colours of the many flutes of the Siberian wild woman Masha, the rich baritone of the singer Spars, the artillery of Derias' stringed instruments (bouzouki, guitar, quinterna, saz, oud), the fierce violin of Turmawen, the rumbling of the bassist Kuba and the shamanic drums of Miloš.

Deloraine has also performed with contemporary folk icons, Germany's Faun, Poland's Percival, and Czech ones such as Spirituál Kvintet and Tomáš Kočko. Deloraine repeatedly appears at major festivals such as Celtic Night, Lughnasad in Nasavrky, or Blavicon. In the autumn of 2019, the band played its first European tour (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Belgium, Poland, and Hungary). In 2022 they completely sold out their traditional home gig at the Brno's castle Špilberk.

Deloraine is currently playing a wide range of events, from town and open-air festivals to well-attended club events and metal gigs. Even there they excel with their acoustic but cutting music. They'll impress in a short festival set and are just as happy to play a full-length gig because they're tireless on stage and music is their mission.
